How do I find what percent one number is of another?
Divide the first number by the second and multiply by 100. For example, 45 out of 180 = 45 ÷ 180 × 100 = 25%.
What is the difference between percentage change and percentage points?
Percentage change measures the difference relative to the original value, while percentage points are the plain arithmetic difference between two percentages (10% to 12% = 2 percentage points).
How do I calculate a price after a 20% discount?
